I wrote a post on the overspending and high priced Pulaski Community School District. Since education is so left in ideology I thought since they call Madison the Kremlin of the west I might be able to call Pulaski the Kremlin of the north.
It amazes me how the tax payers of the district let the school board and superintendent run rough shot over the tax payers.
I thought I would look at the governors election results. If the people of the Pulaski Community School District are interested in the spending of the district, how did they vote for gov? Let's see at three voting areas in the school district.
.........................................................................Barret .........Walker
Brown County results here
VILLAGE OF PULASKI Wards 1 - 3 & 6.......393.............582
TOWN OF PITTSFIELD Wards 1 - 4 ............397 ............754
Oconto Oounty T Chase W1-4 ..........................350............640
Totals..................................................................1140............1976
First I take back Pulaski being the Kremlin of the North. There seems to be enough logical people living in the area. The election results show that.
So by almost 2 to 1 they voted for Walker over Barrret. I know from first hand knowledge the Barrett vote came from the staunch senior democrats and most not all employees of the school district. Yes, they have that many liberal left leaning employees and school board members in the Pulaski School District.
It will be interesting when next summer and fall the district drops the bomb on the laps of the tax payers. When Scott Walker cuts the spending of school funding and leave the spending of each district up to the tax payers of the district, the big question will be.
Will the tax payers sell their souls to pay for the high priced over paid Pulaski Community School Distinct or tell them to live with in their means? Will the tax payers have the guts to say, "Stop the Madness, No to over spending!" No to Wi Fi on Buses, no to health clubs in school, Just plain no!
I can't wait till next year.
