So That's How It Works

From the Shawano Leader

“You have to compromise,” Ribble said during a campaign stop in Shawano Friday. “That’s how good government works.”

I did not know that.

So that is how we will get our selves out of this mess?

The Only Good Thing From The Wind Storm

Some may still be without power, two days of high winds, just a lot of grief.

The one good thing at least around the compound,

Dead pine needles and most leaves are off the trees and I can clean my rain gutters for the last time before winter.

Gas up $1.00 Gal

From Wash Times

Gasoline prices haven't gotten much attention amid all the other bad economic news for Democrats heading into a final week of campaigning, but the price per gallon has climbed nearly 15 cents since Labor Day - a surprising jump, given that prices usually plummet before an election.

The cost of a gallon of gas has eclipsed the $3 mark in several parts of the country and clocks in nationally at $2.82, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA). That's up from $2.68 on Sept. 6, and overall about $1 higher than the week of Jan. 26, 2009, when President Obama took office and the per-gallon price was $1.81.

( - When Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) gave her inaugural address as speaker of the House in 2007, she vowed there would be “no new deficit spending.” Since that day, the national debt has increased by $5 trillion, according to the U.S. Treasury Department.

"After years of historic deficits, this 110th Congress will commit itself to a higher standard: Pay as you go, no new deficit spending,” Pelosi said in her speech from the speaker’s podium. “Our new America will provide unlimited opportunity for future generations, not burden them with mountains of debt."

So Nancy Pelosi and Steve Kagen promised us “no new deficit spending.”

So what happened? We now have a $5 trillion dollar deficit?

This just tells me Steve Kagen only does what Nancy Pelosi tells him to do. Votes for a $5 trillion dollar deficit!

Steve Kagen is a puppet for Nancy Pelosi.

Do we really need another puppet in Congress? Do we really need a Nancy Pelosi "I will do what you tell me" Wisconsin puppet in Washington?

The answer is NO!!! Wisconsin does not need to have a puppet like Congressman Steve Kagen for Nancy Pelosi in Washington DC representing us!

We need to send Dr. Steve Kagen back to his private practice!

Voters of Wisconsin, are you a puppet of Nancy Pelosi and Steve Kagen?

Do you do what they tell you to do??????????????????????

Or will you do what is right for the future of your children and grandchildren.

Do not vote for Steve Kagen for the 8th Congressional seat! Your children and grandchildren are depending on you to do what is right!!!!!!!!
