Wis Gov Passes This or Should We Move To Texas, Someone Has Balls

Since Blogger is working again how about the Wis legislature act on this? Those in Texas have balls. The ones TSA can't search!

Texas House Bans Offensive Security Pat-Downs « CBS Dallas / Fort Worth:
"AUSTIN (AP) - The Texas House passed a bill that would make it a criminal offense for public servants to inappropriately touch travelers during airport security pat-downs.
Approved late Thursday night, the measure makes it illegal for anyone conducting searches to touch “the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person” including through clothing.
It also prohibits searches “that would be offensive to a reasonable person.”
The bill’s chief sponsor is Republican Rep. David Simpson, who said, “this has to do with dignity and travel, and prohibiting indecent, groping searches.”
He believes it will keep Transportation Security Administration officials from treating travelers like criminals, though the measure may be superseded by federal law."

Ashwaubenon,Teachers Get Contract Extension With Pay Raise

The Green Bay Press reports about my old school where the teachers get a contract extension with a pay raise to boot. Is the Ashwaubenon school board insane.

The board’s vote happened Monday. The Ashwaubenon Education Association signed off on the agreement, which covers the 2011-12 school year, late last week.

The contract requires teachers to pay 12.5 percent of health insurance premiums and 5.8 percent of their salaries toward retirement benefits.

It eliminates post-retirement benefits for those hired after this school year, and includes a salary increase of $675 per teacher for the year.

Obituary: John Walker

Listening to Jay Weber over the internet I heard this song from the Walker Bros. Always liked this song back in my younger days. Din't know he passed way. The You Tube was done with a little foreign speech at the end of the video.

RIP John.

Rye Bread For Us Old Guys

Thought I would lighten you old guys up a little bit. For you young guys, remember, someday you will be our age.

Two old guys, one 80 one 87, were sitting on their usual park bench

The 87 year old had just finished his morning jog and wasn't even
short of breath.

The 80 year old was amazed at his friend's stamina and asked him what
he did to have so much energy.

The 87 year old said, "Well, I eat rye bread every day. It keeps your
Energy level high and you'll have great stamina with the ladies."

So, on the way home, 80 year old stops at the bakery. As he was
Looking around, the lady asked if he needed any help.

He said "Do you have any Rye bread?"

She said, "Yes, there's a whole shelf of it. Would you like some?"

He said, "I want 5 loaves."

She said, "My goodness, 5 loaves ... by the time you get to the 3rd
loaf, it'll be hard."

He replied, "I can't believe it, everybody knows about this but me."

Former Kagen Aid Runs Against Cowles

From the Green Bay Press

Is there anyone else the dems can use but a Steve Kagen drone?

A former Brown County Board member will challenge longtime Wisconsin state Sen. Robert Cowles in a recall election over his support for curtailing collective bargaining rights for public employees.

Rich Langan says he will run against the Allouez Republican, who he calls a rubber stamp for Gov. Scott Walker. Langan says both Republicans have turned their backs on working people with their cuts to public school funding and health care.

Langan was a police officer for Ashwaubenon until 2000. He also worked as an aide to former U.S. Rep. Steve Kagen of Wisconsin and served briefly on the Brown County Board.
