DENVER (AP) _ More than 84,000 people have jammed into Invesco Field at Mile High stadium to hear Barack Obama's historic acceptance speech, city officials say.
Nancy Kuhn of Denver's public works department says the figure is based on the number of credentials that were scanned as delegates, individuals and news media entered the football stadium where Obama was accepting the Democratic presidential nomination Thursday night.
The stadium normally holds 76,125 people, but additional seats were placed on the football field where the Denver Broncos play.

On Thursday night Barack Obama had his speech in Denver.
I have a couple of questions for the people of Colorado.
Were any of the people at the stadium, federal, state or local union members?
If any of the above did attend the acceptance speech, were they being paid for working while attending the speech?
Did anyone call in sick and ask for sick day pay to attend the acceptance speech?
Were people in government paid for attending the Obama speech?
Will anyone ask those or other questions in Colorado?
Where is the Mayor of Denver?
Where is the Gov. of Colorado?
84,000 people, who were being paid to see the messiah?
Bet it goes no where!
