Abbyland settles lawsuit for $600,000

ABBOTSFORD — Abbyland Foods Inc. will pay $600,000 to settle air pollution and storm water management violation claims.
According to the complaint, Abbyland Foods also failed to implement certain stormwater management practices and to perform inspections and evaluations required by its Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
Can someone tell me why MMSD in Milwaukee did not get any fines from dumping billions of gallons of crap into Lake Michigan?
