"In a statement to broadcast media Thursday, Isaacson denied SIST had made any threats and accused the city of creating the “hit list” to stoke public sentiment against the group. She said the group had been the victim of a scam perpetrated by the city and a man she claims was hired by the city to rob the group.
“He was a hired gun from the city to rob us of $175,000, and when the city found out we were going to Washington D.C. to higher-up officials to complain about the scam, then they quickly hurried up and created a hit list to terrorize and rouse and inflame the public in this community,” she said." Seriously, why on earth would the city want to defraud these people? This whole situation has gotten far out of control and I, for one, am glad that perhaps finally we will get some real answers through this FBI investigation.
