I am still searching for the documentation on this money but as of now, still looking. I understand the elderly need help but when I see the word " grant" I have to question it. Do buses need to be replaced? Are they broken down. Do the cities really need them right now? Did anyone ask those questions ?
Grant money means tax dollars.
What cities and how much is each getting.
