Sheboygan Tea Party 9/5/09

Mrs and Mr Berry Laker took the trek to Sheboygan to attend AFP's Tea party in Sheboygan. Picture and comments are by Mrs. and Mr. BL As always, what you see, what you read is what you get. Link to only press I seen from the Sheboygan Press.

Update, link to all Youtubes of speeches at the tea party.

I will say these protests are from the grassroots of this country. Republicans should not take these fine people for granted. They are sick and tired of the status quo and the liberal left, moderates and RINO's will be punished for the downfall of this country. When conservatism is tried and true it always wins and always successful.

Saturday 10:50am in sleepy Sheboygan Wis. in September.

Oh boy, it's a tea party. Holy cow, 11:00 am and it started on time. Past tea parties I attended were always late. Good job to the organizers.

Looks like a good group.

There's a lot of people here.

What's going on?
GREAT!
View from stage left.

These people came early to get good seats.

Stage right, there are a lot of people here.

The plan was there for a big crowd, even porta potties.

Thousands of people.
Join Us.

Jerry Bader from WTAQ

Chairs and blankets were the order of the day.

The first of few against Jerry Bader. This guy ( da unions) came because he was probably paid to show up and the rest of us came for free because we wanted to be there.

More of the crowd.

Is Washington listening?

I guess the Grinch wants to take your money, right on!

They're waiting for all of us.

Home made signs by the mob. These were all real Americans protesting.

Here, here, right on.

11:15- 11:20 am. Did somebody forgot to let the unions rank and file know about the protest or were most of the rank and file protesting with the rest of us? What a couple of losers. This has to be the picture of the day for the left. Looks like at least 10 to 15 union protesters didn't show up.

Here two union reps shooting the breeze. One holding a sign and one taking video of their protesters against Jerry Bader. Why were they taking video of eight to twelve union reps out of two, three or four thousand people. How embarrassing.

This is a picture from the back of the crowd. From here it was difficult to hear the speakers. Between generators from the farmers market, speaker volume not turned up from the stage, speakers not speaking into the mic, and union people talking behind us, it was mostly impossible to hear. I think this is something the organizers have to think about when setting up the sound system.

Lessons in history.

You got that right sister.

Less government is good.

No,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no!

Sheboygan even had Walker supporters. Scott Walker for 2010.

True blue real Americans.

Pastor David King

Wow!

Why not Wisconsin?
Things need to change.

So how many people attended?

See what can happen, poor liberal's and those that voted for O.

From a vans side window parked along the street. The word did get out.

Is this one of those plants in the crowd? No this is what real Americans want and do. Right on sister. God did give us life.

God always has my vote.

What an understatement.

All good people fighting for their freedom.

Your vote does count!

Nothing is free in this world.

Rebecca Kleefisch telling her mind. Right on Rebecca.

This seems to be what the left is trying to do.

The main speaker, Thomas Paine ( Bob Basso). As I was listening to Mr Paine, a young man I think in his twenties asked me who was speaking. I said that's Thomas Paine. Not sure if he understood the connection.

It sure is!

No,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no!

There is our future holding that flag.

This GREAT American wasn't sure if he should wear this NRA shirt or his Club Gitmo Shirt. Fine choice no matter what.
I agree with the sign.

Linda Hansen from the Wisconsin Prosperity Network.

Around 1:10 pm the the Sheboygan tea party ends with success.

I and I think everyone there must thank Mark Block and Americans For Prosperity for organizing the Sheboygan tea party. A great crowd and a great day with great speakers.

Freedom at work. These protesters will not rest till they take America back.

To all those who attended the Sheboygan Tea Party. If no one else says it. I'm dam proud of you, keep it up.

Great recap and pictures as always Paul.

And as usual you captured what the MSM didn't.

Thanks for the post. A comment was made by one of the speakers that the tea parties started on April 15. I thought right away of you , Jerry B and Mark S and what you all did for the tea party at Titletown in what, March?

That's for another post sometime in the future.

You know we need to put pressure on the lefties in this part of the state. I sure wish we had others stepping up to the plate to go up against Hansen, Schaber Nelson and others that are shafting the people of Wisconsin.

There I go, rambling again, You and your family have a GREAT week.
