MADISON — To understand the views of the candidates for Wisconsin Supreme Court, voters may want to consider how they handled the case of a bloodstained sweat shirt." Ruling divides candidates for state Supreme Court | greenbaypressgazette.com | Green Bay Press-Gazette
A detective investigating the 1987 murder of a Watertown woman beaten to death with a baseball bat seized the shirt from a suspect's apartment. Years later, DNA tests revealed blood on the shirt was the victim's and the suspect was charged with homicide.
Koschnick ruled the shirt could be admitted. But Abrahamson twice voted to overturn Koschnick and throw it out — even after the U.S. Supreme Court asked her court to reconsider.

Obviously we need to have Shirley Abrahamson retire!
