An Oconto county man is facing a 329 dollar citation for illegally transporting a "live" fish." WGBA -Man cited for transporting live fish

"The fisherman (Hensberger) kept the fish alive, transported the fish to his home, put the fish in a fish tank to keep it alive, and then a little over a week later transported the fish to various fishing tournaments and subsequently won those tournaments," said DNR Conservation Warden Mark Schraufnagel. In one tournament, on Shawano Lake, Hensberger won a hundred dollars after apparently signing up his own ten year old daughter, and then using the walleye caught on Anderson Lake to win it.

He's the lowest of low...just check him out on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access....he's a real GEM!
He even was arrested for his second offense DUI w/his daughter as a passenger.
