Kim and Shannon Amon, employees at Rapid River Rustic, a log home manufacturer, peel the bark off a cedar log the old-fashioned way — with a peeler. Because this job can be so dirty, the company was selected to be part of the television cable show “Dirty Jobs.” Filming of the show in Rapid River will be rescheduled after bad weather postponed plans this week. An episode of the TV show "Dirty Jobs" was to be filmed at the business this week, but was postponed at the last minute until a later date." ‘Dirty Jobs’ coming to area - DailyPress.net | News, Sports, Jobs, Escanaba Information | The Daily Press
