If there are no jobs, what will retraining do? The people from GM deserve more and deserve better! Sounds like extra money to the pockets of teachers and administration at Blackhawk Tech. How much of the $950,000 will really go to training and how much will go to some lefties pocket? Are they building a new wing and going to name it Herb Kohl West
Who creates jobs, who hires employees, where are the people from GM Janesville going to work! Will someone ask Herb?
By the way, who's in charge and who demonized SUV's? Herb Kohl and the left.
Sorry, it's a drop in the bucket. Only $950,000 of your money.

The earmark was inserted into the legislation by Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.), a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
