APPLETON — Police say an Appleton man punched a woman in an attempt to rob her just five months after he was released from prison on two robbery counts.
If you read the article, it seems this suspect was released when Jim Doyle was gov? I seem to remember Diamond Jim released a bunch of inmates early to tell us it would save the state money. They do say he was "released on extended supervision in August."
