If Bart Stupak has his way Club Gitmo inmates will come to Upper Michigan to eat U P pasty's. Oh I forgot, most are made with pork.
If the norm follows through, Steve Kagen should announce any day now that Gitmo detainees should be housed in Wisconsin. He usually does everything Bart Stupak from Michigan does or says. Kagen has a hard time thinking on his own.
Kagen can offer the guys from Gitmo cheese curds, head cheese, braunschwieger, Johnsonville Brats, and many other Wisconsin favorites.

MANISTIQUE - At a conference in Mackinaw City Friday, U.S. Rep. Bart Stupak D-Menominee proposed housing Guantanamo Bay detainees in Camp Manistique, an abandoned prison in Schoolcraft County. Manistique law enforcement, county officials have varying opinions on the proposal, while many residents are adamantly opposed to the idea.
Stupak suggested Guantanamo Bay detainees be housed at Schoolcraft County's Camp Manistique as a way to attract federal money and reduce the state's chronic budget deficit. Stupak said he would not pursue the matter without broad support from other officeholders in the state.
Schoolcraft County Sheriff Grant Harris said he has several reasons for not being in support of Stupak's proposal."
