AIG Tax Vote, One Conservative Standing In Wisconsin

From the Biz Times.com

This is interesting!
Sensenbrenner votes against taxing AIG bonuses

Published March 19, 2009 - BizTimes Daily

"In the Wisconsin Congressional delegation, seven members voted for the bill: Gwen Moore (D-Milwaukee); David Obey (D-Wausau); Tammy Baldwin (D-Madison); Ron Kind (D-La Crosse); Paul Ryan (R-Janesville); Thomas Petri (R-Fond du Lac); and Steve Kagen (R-Green Bay).
The sole member of the Wisconsin delegation who voted against the bill was Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner (R-Menomonee Falls).
It was not immediately clear about whether the bill would withstand a legal challenge." Sensenbrenner votes against taxing AIG bonuses - BizTimes

Look, they put Steve Kagen as a "R" republican. During the 80's I would call it an insult. Today it's the way RINO's vote anyway so I guess I can call him a republican!
They must be right because it looks like there is no difference between democrats and republicans in Wisconsin except for one, Sensenbrenner!

Tommy Petri is a RINO and needs to be replaced in his district! What a excuse for a politician.

Hey, can somebody from Paul Ryan's district tell me why he voted for this bill? I thought he is one of the upcoming leaders of the party. The wonder boy, the fiscal conservative. Did Paul Ryan hit a tree and is BRAIN DEAD? Somebody tell me the paper got it wrong! Is this a nightmare? You, the constituents of Paully Ryan have to explain this one to me. How can he single out any group or person and confiscate close to 100% of a persons wages or money they have coming. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE!

First Paully voted for the bail out last fall, (I didn't understand but gave him a pass) and now he is signing off on a power grab of private citizens.

That's it, the republican party finally put the nail in their coffin. Please do not send me any letters begging for money for the republican party. And where was Mr. Steele on this? You republicans out there can take a flying leap! Take a leap off any bridge that will be built with the stimulus! Walk in front of any city bus that we the taxpayers pay for! Find the nearest "I" system that is being fixed by the porkulas bill and find a semi to kiss! The republican party is history, done, ended! I dare any so called republican to tell me what I missed here!

At least we have one person in Wisconsin that believes in the constitution and believes in the rights our fore fathers gave us.

Jim Sensenbrenner, could you please move to Green Bay and run against Kagen next year. Jim, maybe you should think of changing parties. How about you start the Conservative Party. We're looking for leaders of a new partry.

Thank You Jim Sensenbrenner for doing the right thing.

I sure hope Biz Times got Ryan's vote wrong.
