Jeb Bush spoke at a South Carolina forum on Friday and said that it wasn’t the government’s role to respond to mass shootings, like the murder of nine people at an Oregon community college this week.
“I had this challenge as governor because we had — look, stuff happens,” Bush said at the forum.

Bush did clarify and expand on his answer but will " stuff happens" come to haunt him?
We are not impressed with Bush. Once, twice, a third Bush is not what the country needs.
