Reports are that the Wisconsin Democratic State Senators are refusing to report to vote today, they need 20 members present to vote, there are only 19 Republicans. So the Democrat Senators are On Strike with their union bosses."

And the Republicans go on deleting a constitutional derived right.

Wish progress toward the necessary goals was being made.
There are no rights being taken away.
This is a democracy and I voted for the republicans to save this state not like how Doyle and the dems bankrupted this state.
The dems will eventually be all up for election in the future
Thats one-sided. Look at the news articles from January about WI's small budget surplus. Thanks to Doyle, the Dems, & the Reps.
Thompson did his fair share of damage to get here too. So what.
Pay more for benefits etc? Sure - everyone does at some point in any job.
Eliminate the right to organize/collective bargain? That's just fanfare for the news. Fires up people and makes a scene.
Again, nothing productive.
