What about a Tax Payer License Plate

From the Green Bay Press.

October 16, 2009

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says an online survey will let residents decide on a new license plate to raise money for endangered species in the state.

The DNR is offering four designs for the new plate — all featuring birds — and the winner will join the grey wolf, which has been featured since 1995.

DNR Secretary Matt Frank says voting continues until Monday at www.dnr.wi.gov by clicking on the button for "new license plate designs."

Each new design features a bird — an eastern meadowlark, an eastern bluebird, a great blue heron and a redheaded woodpecker — depicted in different landscapes.

Motorists can purchase the special endangered species license plates for an extra $25, with the money going to a conservation fund to protect habitat."

Why can't the tax payers have it's own plate? Here's my features it could be.

I can't photo shop but guess you get the point. There must be someone out there with time on their hands to do betters ideas for the state of Wisconsin.
