A letter to the Appleton P C from Terry Schilling from Fremont.
Terry makes a great point. If Mr. Kagen did treat a patient and didn't read the chart and something happened to the patient, he could of been brought up for medical malpractice.
In the same way Steve Kagen should be brought up on 8th district malpractice by his constituents. He didn't read the bill. Hey that would be a GREAT commercial for who ever runs against Kagen in 2010.
Thank You Terry Schilling for your good thoughts. Keep up your good work.
"It does make me wonder if our 8th District representative, Dr. Steve Kagen, read his patients' charts before treating a patient or prescribing medication." Letters: Congressional leaders lost trust with stimulus | Postcrescent.com | Appleton Post-Crescent
