Shawano, WI. - Komatsu Forest LLC, headquartered in Shawano, Wisconsin, recently announced plans to ship their 3000th Valmet Tree Feller/Harvester machine. This marks a significant milestone for Komatsu Forest, a leading manufacturer and distributor of heavy tree harvesting and loading equipment throughout the world.

According to Nate Burton, General Manager of Marketing, Komatsu Forest has well known and respected brand names and many international customers. “For over 20 years, we have manufactured and distributed our products under the Timbco and Valmet brands from the manufacturing facility in Shawano, WI.,” said Burton. “Although this particular unit is destined for Australia we have many customers in Chile, Brazil, South Africa, the UK, Russia, Canada, and of course the US,” Burton added.

The company was founded in 1979 and purchased by Komatsu Ltd of Japan in 2003. Komatsu is the 2nd largest construction equipment manufacturer in the world, behind Caterpillar. Other Komatsu Forest machines are produced at the company's world headquarters in Umea, Sweden and are distributed in North America through the Shawano facility." wisbusiness
Komatsa. Sounds like a nice Polish name to me. Maybe a German name? Maybe Native American since we are so close to Menomenee County? Oh I'm sorry, it is owned by a company from Japan. Huh, small world.

The point is the dems cry wolf on foreign ownership and the union thugs scream bloody murder and here a company owned by someone in Japan owns a company in Shawano Wis. and it's successful! Who would of thought! Where is Russel and Herbie crying foul on foreign ownership? Where is Steveeeee Kagen on this foreign takeover?

The left uses foreign ownership as a ploy to get sympathy from the voters and more money from the union, poor saps. I bet the employee's are making good money and are happy! Take that union folks!

Psst, I won't tell my family and friends about a Japan company in Shawano! PSSST, quite!

Where is our next gov Baba Lawton on this, maybe she can call them scabs, Huh!
