Hell Just Froze Over

From the Green Bay Press Gazette.
Hell just froze over in Northeastern Wisconsin.Two editorials and they have a right wing slant.
I know, it was a long election, do you think the full timers are on vacation and my two sons are filling in at the paper. God bless who ever is in charge and I hope they fire the old guys and hire these replacements on full time.

They are writing an editorial about the HBO mini series on John Adams.

Editorial:
We owe debt to Founding Fathers
This isn't usually where we plug television shows, but an extraordinary TV event is currently unfolding Sunday nights on HBO.

Holy cow, wake me up, I must be dreaming.

Here, too, are many of the familiar names from the early years of the United States of America — Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Samuel Adams, Alexander Hamilton — struggling to bring the dream of the United States of America to reality.
Wow, you mean people might know who those fine gentleman were?

A viewer comes away from "John Adams" with a new understanding of how fragile this new country was in the beginning, how amazing its survival, and how remarkable it has become. We owe the founders an enormous debt, and this miniseries does a marvelous job of telling a new audience about that debt.
This must be way over every ones heads. Amazing, What country are they from? I never heard about this in my school!

PSST, don't tell WEAC about this.

Seriously, I don't have HBO but when the DVDs come out the John Adams mini series will be well worth the investment. Even tax payer dollars would be worth the spend.
