(in the Gregorian calendar) a year that contains 366 days, with February 29 as an additional day: occurring in years whose last two digits are evenly divisible by four, except for centenary years not divisible by 400.
What does a leap year really mean?
If it's your birthday today and you were born in 1960, are you 48 or 12? Why isn't this a major holiday, shouldn't the post office and stock market be closed today? Ah yes, let us not forget our union brothers and sisters, they should get the day off. Or they should be at least be claiming overtime, it is a extra day on the calender.
