ASHWAUBENON — More than 170 area residents filled the Village Hall board chambers Thursday night, many there to voice their dissent about a waste-to-energy facility that an Oneida-owned corporation is planning to build within Ashwaubenon's borders."Confused about the process, the zoning and the environmental effects, they mostly had one question:
"Why are you building this in our backyards?"

So why not build this east of Oneida off of HWY 54?
