Steve Kagen can give a lot of money for the North woods but who is really getting the jobs?
Seems the county workers get paid for rebuilding roads and the people who are laid off get nothing!
Who is taking care of who?
The average person will get nothing and the county workers just get to keep their jobs a year longer!
Maybe Mr. Moore at the Lakeland-Times will look into this!
I feel sorry for the people of the north woods.
"He's asked for more than 700-thousand dollars for repairs on Highway 70 in Oneida and Vilas Counties.
He also wants 171-thousand dollars to be used to expand the Lac du Flambeau Dental Clinic.
