Is Hope And Change Spreading?

Family lesson in life to sons 1and 2. Know your property lines. If you don't know, do a land survey.
From the Iron Mountain Daily News.

"The survey cuts off a corner of a deck that has been on the home since it was purchased, Diane Hicks said. It also cuts through a garden and a wood pile, she told the council in an emotional appeal.

"There's no buffer between what is being built," she told the council. "We believed it to be ours in good faith."" Kingsford couple dismayed by property survey - IronMountainDailyNews.com | news, sports, business, jobs - The Daily News

So the couple believed the land was theirs all in good faith? Didn't they know where their property lines were? So the remedy here is to take from one and give to the other all from good faith. Spread the wealth, If you don't have something, government will take it away from someone else to give to you. Hope and change, spread the wealth, all this is getting a little nauseating.

Or is this all a case of Sour grapes?
In their letter, the Hickses said the problem could have been avoided had the city approved their earlier request to purchase 50 feet of additional property.

Huh!
