I called La Crosse office at 4:30PM They were closed!! Announced their hours as 8-5. Leave recording.
Called DC at 4:45 PM. Spoke with Steve --Asked Ron Kinds vote on Cap-and-Trade. Was told he was "Undecided". Same crap as O'Bama voting "Present". Ron Kind is "Out of Office" with all my effort now. He represents himself, and his lobbyists, not the people of Wisconsin, nor America!
