Schneider expands import-export operations

Nov. 17, 2008 10:20 a.m. | The logistics division of Schneider National Inc. has opened five new freight-forwarding offices in the United States and Europe as the company continues to expand in the import-export sector.
The new offices are in New York; Atlanta; Chicago; Rotterdam, Netherlands; and Amsterdam, Netherlands. Schneider Logistics, which operates 13 million square feet of warehouse and transloading space at U.S. ports, already has operations in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle and Miami, as well as a growing presence in China.
