Federal Spending- Wisconsin Spending

Went to USA gov spending, interesting for the spending from Wisconsin.

$194,968. not sure what that was for?

Makes you kind of wonder how these earmarks get into the budget!

Interesting to look at as I hold my 8% increase in our 2008 property tax bill.
$4600.00 doesn't go very far these days for property taxes.
