Class description- The course will teach you the deception
of tax increases put through Wisconsin State Government .
What is a Fee! What is improper profits by some some
businesses ! What is the proper way to raise revenues on Wisconsin
citizens without there knowledge! How to manipulate the
free press into not reporting or ignoring facts about a budget.
How manipulate the press into ignoring any legal interpretations
of any state employees working for said professor!

Course runs through November 2010 .

Course Fee- No fee's will be charged for class .
Any cost of course will be transferred to the following;
purchase of petrol products ,
Hospital vacation stays ,
copy fees of state records,
Transportation privileges,
property ownership privileges
and numerous other revenue builders.

long enough to touch every Wisconsin resident.

Personal note - It is a good article but did they have to say;
"Remember, however, the budget is not anywhere near done"
or to every tax increase they have " Critics Say",
then on the Tax cuts portion the say "Republican legislators"
When will these reporters come out and say
"Taxpayers deserve tax increases"
