A roundabout was installed at a local intersection. I hate the damn things and thought it would be a disaster.
Turns out that it's not! (Yet.)
Two County highways, both 2-lane roads, not heavily trafficked, both 35-MPH speed limits.
But, as usual with these things, semi-trailer trucks and long-bed semi's have to swing into both lanes of the roundabout to avoid the middle; otherwise, their rear wheels will stomp all over the pretty flowers.
