Congressman Ron Kind and Congressman Steve Kagen lied to everyone in Wisconsin.
They even lied with a straight face! Let me correct something, Kagen did say he was going to stick it to everyone and Kind danced around the issue. I'll stick with my title! No, they didn't raise taxes! From James Wigderson at MacIver.
