GPS Bike Trails

From NRO.

So they want to track the miles we drive.
"WASHINGTON (AP) — Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood says he wants to consider taxing motorists based on how many miles they drive rather than how much gasoline they burn — an idea that has angered drivers in some states where it has been proposed.
" And This Is With a Republican Transportation Secretary (Bring Back Norman Mineta?) - Kathryn Jean Lopez - The Corner on National Review Online

How much of tax dollars go to bike trails? We have trails all over Minocqua and the north woods. We have the Mountain Bay Trail. We have bike trails in Milwaukee and Madison. Bicycle enthusiasts want us to keep adding trails?

Who pays for the trails? Who ponies up funding for lefties to ride their two wheel bikes all over the country? Isn't there money in the pork bill for bike trails?

Who pays for it, oh that's right, it's tax payers!

If the tax payers pay for bike trails that not all people use, shouldn't the users of the trails pay their fair share? Were in crises!

If they will track us by the miles we drive, why not put a GPS on every bicycle and track the distance people ride! Make it mandatory that all bicycles have GPS tracking devices.

Just add it when all bicycles are manufactured and we can start charging for miles that lefties use on all state bike trails? Hey, your child gets a new bike , you have to pay for the ride with the training wheels on them. What about scooters, charge them! We have the technology, lets charge for skateboards and roller blades! We all must sacrifice and pay. Spread the wealth!

We all need to sacrifice for the economy.

Start charging for bike trail users.

Spread the misery, come libs, pony up!
