Can you guess who is saying this? I know you seen this before but it's good to remember.

PUBLIC ENERGY
We must become an energy independent nation by establishing four essential goals, as we begin to confront climate change: (1) emit less carbon dioxide and other pollutants; (2) invest in renewable energy resources; (3) enable existing utilities to become renewable energy sources; and (4) begin to decrease the effects of human activities upon our environment.
When you are filling your tank, do you ponder how much of a wretch you are? It's your fault for climate change!

Becoming energy independent will require sacrifices from everyone, but a well-conceived strategy will succeed when developed openly - and especially when based upon energy conservation, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
See it's your fault again! Because you are a gasoline pig you will have to sacrifice. Do you understand what sacrifice means, higher taxes or you will have to take commuter rail instead of driving your car.

In Congress, I helped to lead the way by sponsoring legislation to help consumers by empowering the Federal Trade Commission to crack down on price gouging refineries and oil companies.
Does everyone remember this? From the Washington Post

No '06 Gas-Price Gouging Found
FTC Report Blames Market
Factors But Sparks Criticism

As gasoline prices broke through the $3-a-gallon level 16 months ago, a bipartisan chorus of congressional leaders and
President Bush demanded that the Federal Trade Commission investigate whether the big oil companies
were engaged in price gouging.

When will the people of Wisconsin wake up and stop listening to scare tactics on energy. It's your fault so go ride light rail.
I'm waitng for the local MSM to blame us again. Don't get me started on ethanol, I'm tired.

Just remember Green Bay gasoline 3.617 gal avg.
