According to the report in the criminal complaint, Witzlib
was asked why he ran from authorities and said he believed
that President Bush, Dick Cheney and Condoleeza Rice
have a conspiracy against him.

A Cecil man who fled authorities Wednesday night by trying
to cut across Shawano Lake, only to have his vehicle break
through the ice, was charged with fleeing on Thursday.
Bodie B. Witzlib, 27, faces a maximum possible penalty of
three and a half years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for
the felony offense.
