Back From The Compound

Went to the northern compound and did some recon work along with some personal USO work for the Berry Laker birth descendants. Wood is waiting to be split. Heard a coyote pack off in the distance Sunday night and moved more bunker furnishing into lower level.

Watched NFL football on Saturday and Sunday. Channel 5 and 11 kept going out. Digital TV from Green Bay is not good from 11:00 am to after dark. Happy just to get some shows during the time there.

Did I miss anything?

Back at the southern bunker for a few days for career assignments and that will give me a chance to catch up on current events.

Bunkers and compounds are cool, but are you gonna try and grow anything up north? That seems to be a down-side to the north. Also, what about the companions up north, wolf packs and the like? You mention coyote, but there are more critters the further north you go. You care?

Jill, thank you for the questions.

The dirty little secret is the new compound is a small house in the Nicolet National Forest. We are now renting in an apartment complex and the neighbors stomping their feet above us drove us to find a house of our own somewhere else. The north woods is our destination.

I am playing with the lefty kooks on my blog posts hoping they would think I am a right wing radical building a bunker to protect my family from the loony left and the Obama admin.. I pray to God that will not be the case but if we don't stop the left, it may just be turned into a real fortress. Dad 29 told me some good advice which I am following, BUY MORE AMMO, you never know.

Our new place is secluded in the middle of nowhere. There are deer, turkeys, birds of all sorts, some wolves and coyotes, and supposedly more bear then deer.

Mrs B wants a garden and apple and pear trees.

God has blessed me with a GREAT family and now an opportunity to live in the north woods. I am not as radical as some of my posts but am proud of this country and will not give it up to the lefty liberals trying to take it over. Let's keep my secret between you and I. He, he!

Thank you again.
