Man who led deputies on chase which ended in lake sentenced
By Leader Staff Writer
A man whose vehicle fell through the ice on Shawano Lake in January while fleeing authorities was sentenced in Shawano County Circuit Court Friday.
Bodie B. Witzlib, 28, pleaded no contest to the fleeing charge after giving up on plans to represent himself in a trial that had been scheduled to take place Friday.
Witzlib was given 90 days in jail with work release privileges as a condition of two years probation. He can serve that time in Washington County, where he has several misdemeanor cases pending.
Formerly of Cecil, Witzlib now lives in Germantown, according to court records.
Witzlib’s fleeing charge resulted from an incident shortly after 4 p.m. Jan. 3, beginning with a report of a reckless driver headed into Shawano from Cecil on Highway 22. Police spotted the vehicle at a gas station in the city and confronted the driver — later identified as Witzlib — who fled the scene.
Police, and then sheriff’s deputies, pursued the vehicle east on Green Bay Street, and north on County HHH. At the Foesch Road boat landing, the truck left the road and sped off onto the lake, going east for about three quarters of a mile before breaking through the ice.
Witzlib was able to free himself from the submerged vehicle and started walking back on the ice toward the boat landing. He was intercepted by the Shawano County Dive Team, which had been dispatched with the sheriff’s department air boat, and was taken into custody.
According to the criminal complaint, Witzlib told he authorities he fled be- cause he believed President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Condolee= za Rice have a conspiracy against him.

Witzlib attempted to plead "not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect" but the prejudice judge, would not allow him to call important witnesses in his own defense such as the washington county jail physciatrist, mark belling a local media voice, who also happens to be aware of the conspiracy against witzlib, and if questioned on the stand could have provided valuable insight to the constant harrassment by various medias which witzlib was the victim of. every single witness witzlib wanted to call in his defense was not permitted by the court. the justice system failed to give mr. witzlib a fair trial. wheel never know what would have happend if witzlib would have been in front of an honest non predjudiced judge. there is a conspiracy against mr. witzlib, and if the court would have allowed him to call the witnesses he wanted to, put them on the stand under oath, he could have proved it. only rich people get fair trials, poor people get shit on exploited and harrassed by the cowards controling the corrupt system.

I wonder who wizlib would of called for a witness?
Bush and Cheney are no longer in office, just not sure if they would attend even if they were subpoenaed.

Bodie complained of a physical medical condition in 2002 while being incarcerated in the Washington County Jail. An undiagnosed disease that was causing him great physical suffering. The Washington County Jail refused to give him medical care which he was legally entiled to by state and federal law. The County Jails reason for not providing him will medical care was because the washington county jail psychiatrist diagnosed him as being "mentally ill" not "physically sick." The Jail psychiartist claimed that all the physical pain and suffering Bodie was feeling was "only in his mind" and didnt really exist.
Witzlib wished to plead "not guilty: by reason of mental disease or defect" Witzlib subpeonaed the washington county jail phychiartrist who diagnosed him as being mentally ill to court to testify. The corrupt Shawano Circuit Court Judge threw all of Witzlib's witnesses. The corrupt judge stated that the washington county jail psychiatrist was not relvant to Witzlib's defense. How could the Jail pyschiatrist that diagonsed Witzlib to be suffering from a mental illness, not be relevant when Witzlib was pleading "not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect?"
After Witzlib followed ALL of the proper subpeona procedures and paid all the fee's associated with having supeona's served by professionals, the CORRUPT SHAWANO JUDGE, threw out all of Witzlib's witnesses. Not only the Jail psychiatrist who was relevant, but every single witness Bodie had subpeonaed. After the crooked Shawano Judge threw out all Witzlib's witnesses, Witzlib had no choice but to take the plea deal the currupt shawano D.A. was offering him.
Corrupt government officials denied Bodie Witzlib his constitutional right to a fair trial that was paid for by the blood of every person that ever died defending the U.S.A. Thats why Bodie does not consider himself under any of the laws of the corrupt evil government system of the United States of America. Burn in hell PIGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
