The city of Detroit is determining whether a mobile strip club called the Booty Lounge can legally park and operate downtown during Detroit Lions games.
The city's law department is reviewing the situation, which Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee believes is illegal, Detroit Police spokeswoman Eren Stephens said today.
