Reagan Conservative / Fradette / Palin

From the web site of Chad Fradette who is running for State Senate in the Green Bay area.

His words are inspiring and something the RINO's and the left cannot comprehend.

Thank you Mr Fradette. We in Oconto County applaud your work. Obviously Chad believes what Rush always says, ( paraphrasing ) "conservatism always wins when it is practiced."

If you live in the Wisconsin's 30th Senate district, please vote for Chad Fradette

Palin Delivers a “Reaganesque” Performance

"As students enter another school year and open their American History text books they will read and remember how Ronald Reagan defeated communism, the Iron Curtain, brought an end to the cold war, and standing at the Brandenburg gate and yelling “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!”

While Reagan’s Presidential Legacy will be defined by his political accomplishments and achievements, an overlooked quality is the one that I will remember most; his ability to effectively communicate with the American people.

Reagan had an uncanny ability to connect with people on all levels, and for this was anointed as “The Great Communicator”. This quality specifically resonated with me when I received a handwritten letter from President Reagan when I was 11 years old. Of all things I wrote President Reagan a letter asking him what his views on leadership was. Among other things, He said leaders have to take a stand, and not to be afraid to stand up for what’s right. After my initial aura of receiving a letter from the President of the United States, I remember thinking of how important he made me feel by addressing the issues that are important to me.

As I was watching and listening to Sarah Palin address the delegates at the republican convention, I couldn’t help but feel that she was directly talking to me as if I was the only person in the room. To me this ability to reach out to voters and captivate them is an intangible quality. You either have it or you don’t; and fortunately for republicans, neither Barack Obama or Joseph Biden possess this quality.

Her ability to be plain spoken and talk about complex issues in a simplistic manner is similar to the way President Reagan used to talk to the American people. I’m most impressed with Sarah Palin and I’m glad she’s on our team!

As I continue to go door to door and attend every community event I can find, I will strive to be like Sarah Palin while talking with you at the doors. I look forward to seeing you on the campaign trail!" Chad Fradette For Wisconsin » Blog Archive » Palin Delivers a “Reaganesque” Performance

Oconto County Ballot, Sept. 9, Election

As a public service to those in Oconto County Wisconsin for Tuesday's September 9, 2008 election

Link to ballot

Peggy Noonan Forgets Her Roots.

""It's over," Noonan said.

When Chuck Todd asked her if this was the most qualified woman the Republicans could nominate, Noonan responded, "The most qualified? No. I think they went for this, excuse me, political bullshit about narratives. Every time the Republicans do that, because that's not where they live and that's not what they're good at, they blow it."" Peggy Noonan, Mike Murphy Caught On Tape Disparaging Palin Choice: "Political Bullshit," "Gimmicky"

I guess I can take Peggy Noonan off my Christmas card list. And you wonder why true conservatives question the talking heads even on who we thought is on our side.

Ms. Noonan either forgot her days with President Reagan or she must of hated writing speeches for him. Her true opinions come out when no one is listening.

Peggy get a grip. Why not just call yourself liberal.

She must of forgot who she wrote speeches for (President Reagan).

Conservatives will not forget you Ms. Noonan!

I hope Ms. Noonan is not at the inauguration in January.

Don't Question Their Patriotism

From the Denver Post
by David Harsanyi on September 6, 2008

"This morning, Republicans tell me that a worker at Invesco Field in Denver saved thousands of unused flags from the Democratic National Convention that were headed for the garbage. Guerrilla campaigning. They will use these flags at their own event today in Colorado Springs with John McCain and Sarah Palin.

Before McCain speaks today, veterans will haul these garbage bags filled with flags out onto the stage — with dramatic effect, no doubt — and tell the story.

“What you see in the picture I sent you is less than half of total flags,” a Republican official emailed. “We estimate the total number to be around 12,000 small flags and one full size 3×5 flag.”

I’m not sure what the DNC was supposed to do with unused hand-flags, frankly. But the Republicans are obviously questioning someone’s patriotism here." Republican Recycling : Post-Ed Notes

Yes we conservatives question the lefts patriotism!

Chicken Little,The Sky Is Falling

From SBVOR

“ Data from the National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) has indicated a dramatic increase in sea ice extent in the Arctic regions. The growth over the past year covers an area of 700,000 square kilometers: an amount twice the size the nation of Germany.”

My God, what will the left do now? Where is the global warming.

Just a bunch of NUTS!

Conservative Party, The Begining

A good read from James Wigderson at Fox Politics.net

Last night I saw the future of the Republican Party. Regardless of what happens in the November elections this year, the Republican Party has its nominee for president for 2012. The path charted by Alaska Governor Sarah Palin last night is the path to becoming a majority party, and we have our standard bearer.
"We discovered again the Republican Party is conservative. The values of a strong defense and a respect for our military are core values. The party stands again for less government rather than more. And the party is pro-life.

We learned the party is populist in spirit. From the appeals to small-town America to standing up to the special interests – “Big Oil – Palin charted a new path last night. With her attacks on the media and the Washington elite, the spirit of the Reagan movement returned to the convention hall.

Lefty Say, Does Lefty Do?

From Drudge.

"OPRAH'S STATEMENT: "The item in today's Drudge Report is categorically untrue. There has been absolutely no discussion about having Sarah Palin on my show. At the beginning of this Presidential campaign when I decided that I was going to take my first public stance in support of a candidate, I made the decision not to use my show as a platform for any of the candidates. I agree that Sarah Palin would be a fantastic interview, and I would love to have her on after the campaign is over." " DRUDGE REPORT FLASH 2005®

BIG DILEMMA: OPRAH BALKS AT HOSTING SARAH PALIN; STAFF DIVIDED
Fri Sep 05 2008 08:55:46 ET

Oprah Winfrey may have introduced Democrat Barack Obama to the women of America -- but the talkshow queen is not rushing to embrace the first woman on a Republican presidential ticket!

Oprah's staff is sharply divided on the merits of booking Sarah Palin, sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

"Half of her staff really wants Sarah Palin on," an insider explains. "Oprah's website is getting tons of requests to put her on, but Oprah and a couple of her top people are adamantly against it because of Obama."

One executive close to Winfrey is warning any Palin ban could ignite a dramatic backlash!

It is not clear if Oprah has softened her position after watching Palin's historic convention speech.

Last year, Winfrey blocked an appearance by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, timed to a promotional tour of his autobiography.

Oprah and executive producer Sheri Salata, who has contributed thousands of dollars to Obama's campaign, refused requests for comment.

Where Is The Outrage?

SCORED NO-INTEREST MORTGAGE ON VILLA"
CHARLIE'S TROPICAL DEAL - New York Post

Controversial Rep. Charles Rangel, already under fire for not paying taxes on income from a beachfront villa he owns in a Dominican resort, also got an interest-free mortgage on the sun-soaked property, his lawyer revealed yesterday.

The embattled chairman of the Ways and Means Committee got the mortgage deal along with six other investors in the Caribbean resort, founded by a major campaign contributor.

His lawyer, Lanny Davis, also conceded that the Harlem Democrat didn't declare about $75,000 in rental income from his lush villa with panoramic ocean views at the Punta Cana Yacht Club. "Charlie Rangel is the designated leader on tax policy in the Democrat-led Congress, but while he is authoring massive tax hikes to exact on middle-class Americans, he is apparently dodging the IRS at all costs," said Ken Spain, spokesman for the National Republican Congressional Committee.

If this was a Republican they would of been run out of town by the MSM.
