Looking for advice on snow plowing.
Can you put a smaller, lighter snow plow on a 2003 Ford Expedition?
The trucks paid off, has a lot of miles and in the future will not use it for many miles. Is it worth doing or going out and buying another truck and plow attachment? Not looking to spend big money. Any comments.

Why mess up a nice SUV with a plow attachment?
Use the old one until it croaks.
Dad, I don't have an old truck. I only have a expedition that is paid for , has 145,000 miles , the head gasket is leaking and could cost two to three thousand dollars to fix or I can just keep checking fluid levels and it could last a long time.
I'm looking at the lesser of two costs. put a plow on the expedition or go buy an old truck with plow for 4 - 6 grand. Not sure how long that would last. I really don't need three vehicles.
Reason for a plow , might be moving to the north woods and would have a two block driveway and property to plow. Looking at all my options. Not sure if I should invest in a Kabota or lawn tractor with snow blower attachment. Don't need a lawn deck, the place would sit in the woods, no lawn to cut.
Looking at all least costly options.
Have a GREAT day.
