About an hour ago right out my back window I see two Tom turkeys going at it for the prize of a hen. The fight , grabbing each others necks for at least twenty minutes. Twisting, turning, pecking, grabbing, pecking more and doing a strangle hold on the neck any hen would be proud of. The group of eight hens just stood by like it was no big deal. The above picture is from Google images and hope next time I will have my camera ready. You just got to love the north-woods.
