Mr Medvedev spoke as the Duma, Russia's lower house of parliament, passed a 25-per cent increase in defence spending next year from $40 billion to $50 billion.
You think maybe Russia is getting there money from OIL? From oil we are buying and they are selling.
Sure glad congress passed a comprehensive Energy Plan. So we are not dependent on foreign oil.
Oh sorry, they didn't pass a energy bill, they passed a fake energy bill.
