Man relieves himself in all-advised
location

The Post-Crescent
APPLETON — An apparently intoxicated
man chose the wrong building to relieve himself in front of Friday afternoon and ended up in jail.

Front desk staff at the Appleton Police Department called for an officer shortly after 4 p.m. Friday when a 40-year-old man began urinating in a snowbank in front of the police station, 222 S. Walnut St.

The man was issued a citation for public
urination. Since he was on probation, he was placed in jail for violating his probation. The man, who tested more than four times the legal limit when given a preliminary breath test, told police that “he had two beers. I figure they had to be pretty big beers,” Lt. Pat Matuszewski said.
