Why Drink Water
From an e mail
A glass of wine
To my friends who enjoy a glass of wine..
And those who don't and are always
seen with a bottle of water in their hand.
As Ben Franklin said:

In beer there is freedom,
In water there is bacteria.
In a number of carefully controlled trials,
Scientists have demonstrated that if we drink
1 litre of water each day,
At the end of the year we would have absorbed More than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli, (E. Coli) - bacteria
Found in feces.
In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of poop.
However,
We do NOT run that risk when drinking wine & beer
(or tequila, rum, whiskey or other liquor)
Because alcohol has to go through a purification process
Of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.
Remember:
Water = Poop,
Wine = Health
Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk stupid,
Than to drink water and be full of @#%$ (crap)..

Mursau on Budget, He's Our Man, Holperin Still Missing
This is a little old ( paper doesn't seem to want to date their articles) but talks about teachers walking off their jobs, empty suit missing Jim Holperin and our great state representative Jim, wait It's Jeff Mursau. So this story from the Shawano Leader talks about how Mr Weidner is there to protect teachers from losing collective bargaining. Oh, what courage for a guy going to Madison so many times.

And he's even friends with Rep. Gary Tauchen, R-Bonduel. I don't trust Tauchen anyway. I meet him at a Underhill town board meeting and he seems to be in the RINO category. Bonduel High School teacher Dan Weidner was back in Madison last weekend.
Weidner was there to protest Gov. Scott Walker’s bill limiting collective bargaining for public employees.
That is not too unusual, as thousands of people have descended on Madison since news of Walker’s proposal spread throughout the state.
Weidner, however, has been there six times, including the weekend.
He took an “Association Day” absence Feb. 16 to lobby local legislators on behalf of the Bonduel Education Association, the local teachers union. Two days later, he jumped in his car after school and made the trip again, staying in Madison as the protests grew even larger Feb. 19-20.
He said he is committed to making sure the voices of the teachers are heard no matter how many times he needs to go and demonstrate.

Couple of comments.
A union guy pulls up, we did small talk for a couple minutes. I was afraid I was going to get beat up, my truck wreaked or something worse. Started the Our Father in my mind. Talked his busy day, the weather and I kept looking at the ground. Where is this going? Finally he says, well, you going to let me sign the petition?
Second couple. While the guy was signing he told me he worked for the UAW and they did nothing for him.
Seems the unions were getting good luck from their members and former members.
Another couple gets out of the car and yells, "Where do I sign the petition!"
Had the honnor of talking to Kevin Barthel, the guy who signed the law suit against Holperin. Nice guy. We talked about how Walker and the republicans can't buckle now. You have to give him a lot of credit for doing what he did.
