It's Still Raining Up North, Tom Barrett, What Do I do?

It's after 7:00 pm on Thursday night and I have over 3 1/2 in. of rain up here. And it's still raining. Will someone contact Tom Barrett and ask him, what do I do with all this water ? Should I let it go into my septic tank?



Do I have to contact Scott Walker to get this fixed?
